We deliver across Pakistan, cash on delivery, and we try to be straight with you about timing rather than promise something we cannot hold.
How long delivery takes
3 to 7 days, door to door. That window already includes the day or so we take to pack and hand your parcel to the courier. It is not added on top.
Remote areas can take a little longer. If your parcel is going to miss the window, we will message you on WhatsApp before you have to ask.
Delivery charges
- Rs 220 flat anywhere in Pakistan
- Free on any order with 2 or more dresses. Accessories and the free surprise gift do not count towards this
- The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order. There are no costs added afterwards
How payment works
Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider in cash when he hands your parcel to you. There is nothing to pay when you place the order.
Tracking your parcel
Once your parcel is dispatched we send you the tracking details on WhatsApp. You can also message us at any point and we will tell you exactly where it is.
Making sure it reaches you
Please give us a complete address (house or flat number, street, block or sector, and a nearby landmark if there is one) and a mobile number the rider can reach. Most delayed parcels in Pakistan are delayed because the address was incomplete or the phone was switched off, not because the courier failed.
If a parcel comes back to us because it could not be delivered, we will message you and arrange to send it again.
If something is wrong with your parcel
If anything is missing or damaged, message us within 48 hours of your parcel arriving with a photo and we will sort it out. See our Return & Exchange page for how exchanges work. In short: if the mistake was ours we cover the courier both ways, and if the size simply was not right for your child, you post the original piece back and we send the new size out at our cost.
