Kuku Kids is an online children’s clothing store operating in Pakistan. We reserve the right to update products, prices, policies, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We strive to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Kuku Kids reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Payment
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- JazzCash
Orders paid through JazzCash will be processed after successful payment confirmation.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier performance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
8. Returns & Refunds
At this time, Kuku Kids does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where an incorrect or defective item has been delivered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, and branding, is the property of Kuku Kids and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Props & Accessories
Product photos may include shoes, hairbands, bows, socks, bags, toys, or other accessories for styling purposes only. Unless specifically mentioned in the product description, only the dress/outfit shown in the product title is included with your purchase. All props and accessories used in photos are for the shoot only and are not part of the product.
11. Privacy
Customer information is collected solely for order processing, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary for payment processing, shipping, or legal compliance.
12. Limitation of Liability
Kuku Kids shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
